1. Accept – Awareness is fundamental
2. Know – Divine Awareness is all that is
3. Shift – From self to Higher Self
4. Observe – Turn attention toward the Knower
5. Disidentify – Release the illusion of a separate “I”
6. Include – Realize your body and universe float within God
7. Awaken – Recognize that the seeker is what it seeks
1. Accept : Bypassing the trap where humans think awareness is a possession of the physical brain. The seeker accepts that Awareness came first, long before dead matter slowed down to become solid form.
2): Standing on the absolute cosmic truth that God formed the universe out of Himself, within Himself, and for Himself. There is no empty space—only absolute Divine Fullness.
3. Shift : The direct action of bypassing the ego and its three internal voices. By simply asking “Who am I?” and answering “I AM,” the seeker commands the persona to relax and steps into the present moment.
4. Observe : Moving from watching external objects to investigating the Knower. The seeker realizes that anything they can observe is a known thing, pointing back to the silent Witness.
5. Disidentify : Recognizing that thoughts and emotions smoothly appear, peak, and disappear, while Awareness remains constant. The persona is seen as a happening within space, rather than an independent operator.
6. Include : Flipping the location illusion. The seeker discovers they are not trapped inside a skull or behind their eyes; rather, the entire physical body floats safely within their field of awareness, which is ultimately God.
7. Awaken : The final collapse of the separation between God and self. The seeker rests in the ultimate purport of existence—discovering that the localized human form is a direct focalization of the grand, infinite Source.
